Delta Windows is the contractor trusted by the investor to supply and install large-sized aluminum and glass doors for the villa located at the foot of Tam Dao mountain. The front of the house looks to the east of the cliff, the back looks to the valley. The three-storey house design follows the terrain gradually lowering towards the valley, including three hollow square boxes placed on top of each other, like a mushroom growing at the foot of the mountain. The largest box is the second floor with dimensions of 22 x 22 x 3.3 m. Ground floor and basement size 16 x16 x 3.3m. The hollow part of the three boxes is a large atrium measuring 6.5 x 6.5 m located in the center of the house, which is also the place for the fish pond on the ground floor.
